Working Process Overview

  • Pre-Filtration: Removes suspended solids and prepares water for ion exchange

  • Cation Exchange Unit: Replaces positive ions like calcium, magnesium with hydrogen ions

  • Anion Exchange Unit: Removes negative ions like chloride, sulfate, and replaces them with hydroxide

  • Mixed-Bed Polisher (Optional): For ultra-pure water used in high-sensitivity processes

  • Regeneration Cycle: Resins are refreshed using acid (for cation) and alkali (for anion), restoring their efficiency.
